Audubon YES! is the Palos Verdes/South Bay Audubon Society's Youth Environmental Service (YES!) Program.

YES! brings students’ energies and idealism together to work within the community to teach others about the environment and the importance of preserving it. YES! provides young people with a way to perform environmental services of their own choosing. In turn, the community is provided with an enlarged pool of activists who make a positive contribution to the environment. In addition Audubon YES! awards these students for their services to the community.

Students benefit from the YES! program in having a choice of environmental activities on which to focus their creative energies and in having a stronger advisory corps on which to draw. They also gain by having a widely-valued award to use on resumes and applications. Schools and the community will also benefit by having stronger community service programs, improved student environmental awareness and more active ecology clubs.
